Arri Taylor Management is a scouting company that discovers new talent and introduces them to career opportunities in the world of modeling. We are very selective, approaching only those who we believe have the talent to be successful in the industry.

New faces are the lifeline of the fashion industry because agencies and brands demand a steady stream of new models. The fact is, not every brands look and aesthetic is the same; each one is looking for something different, something new. The needs of a brand change from season to season, campaign to campaign and from day to day, driving the constant need for new faces. This puts us in a unique position. For over 10 years, we have worked closely with fashion modeling agencies, companies and brands, providing our models with many outlets for their talent. While there are no guarantees in this business, we will do all we can to maximize the success rate of our models and clients.

With bases in New York and Los Angeles, we travel the country in search of fresh new faces. Most new models start in their teens and should begin work in a location suitable for the whole family. Although New York City is the largest and most lucrative market in the world, smaller markets like Los Angeles are a good start.


About the Founder:

Arri Taylor was casting director for Abercrombie and Fitch Brands from 2002 to 2007. He traveled the world in search of models for Hollister Co, Gilly Hicks, Ruehl no.926, and abercrombie kids. While scouting for Abercrombie he would often discover unique and beautiful people who had potential for campaigns other than A&F. Not wanting his newfound talent to go to waste, Arri launched his model management company. He introduced a handful of these models to his contacts at the top agencies in New York and Los Angeles: They were hired.

Arri Taylor has well trained eyes for discovering new models and marketable faces. His experience on both sides of the camera and inside the boardroom give him a firm understanding of the advertising modeling world. Some of the brands Arri has worked for are: American Eagle, Aerie, Converse, K-Swiss, Vince, XOXO. His models have worked with all the top brands in the world.
